How do I return or exchange an order?

Step by step returns process.

All returns and exchanges are processed by our easy to use online returns portal. We do require you to submit a returns or exchange request within 30 days of receiving your product and that you return your items in the original packaging including all supplied accessories, otherwise your return may not be accepted.


 

Our guide to returning or exchanging an item(s)


Step 1. Visit our RETURNS PORTAL where you should enter your Order ID and Email address that you used to place your order.

Step 2. If your order details correctly match the details we have on record, you will be shown all the items in your order. Please select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and then proceed


Step 3. Select the Reason for return, and if required (for example if the items arrived damaged) you can upload images or add additional notes to support your return request.



Step 4. Here you can choose your preferred resolution. You can choose Exchange or Return


Step 5. You will then be required to select a returns method, and then you can submit your returns request. Confirmation of your returns request will be sent to you via email, including any further updates


Step 6. Our support team will then review your return request and confirm it within 2 working days.


Step 7. If your return is accepted, you will receive an email confirmation and details of how to prepare and return your item.



Once Your Return Is Accepted Please follow these final steps


Step 8.  Download and print the attached shipping returns label.


Step 9.  Pack all the returned items in the same box your goods arrived in and securely seal the box with packaging tape.


Step 10. Securely attach your printed label to the box.


Step 11. Drop the parcel at your nearest service point. You can find your nearest service point by using the finder link enclosed in the returns confirmation email


Step 12. You will receive an email as soon as our team have received your items and a further email once your items have been checked to confirm your refund or exchange.
