Affiliate Referral Program

Invite your friends & followers to save 10% on their purchases, and in return, earn 10% from their total spend.  The Hooman affiliate referral program is open to existing customers who have already purchased a Hooman bed or individuals who have been invited to join the program.

How it works:

• Share Your Code: Get a unique referral code to share with friends and they'll get 10% off their orders.
• Earn Commissions: You'll earn 10% of their spending as commission, credited to your affiliate account.
  
• Commissions are payable via PayPal, 60 days after purchase, to account for returns or refunds. Commissions apply only to successful, non-refunded purchases.

Am I eligible for the program?

The affiliate program is exclusively for existing customers or individuals who have received an invitation. 

Step 1. Access your Hooman Account

Existing Customer:

Go to the 'My Account' section and log in using the same email address you used for your original purchase. If you didn't set a password when you placed your order, simply click on 'forgotten password' to reset it and receive a new one.

Invited Affiliate:

For invited users, please create a Hooman Account using the same email address linked to your application.

Step 2. Register as an Affiliate

After logging into your Hooman account, click on 'REGISTER AS AN AFFILIATE' located at the bottom of the left-hand navigation menu.

(Note: If you do not see the menu, please access the site using a desktop computer, as some mobile devices may not display the menu correctly.)

After a brief wait, you'll be registered for the program. The menu option will change to 'AFFILIATE AND REFERRAL'.

Step 3. View your unique coupon code

To view your coupon code, navigate to Affiliate Methods which is located in the  menu options.

You'll receive an initial, randomly generated 10% off code, such as 'RJ20Q'. If you prefer a custom code, please contact Hooman support to request that your preferred code be added to your account.

Payouts:

Commissions from your shared code are available for withdraw after 60 days of the sale, allowing time for any cancellations or returns. Payments are made via PayPal. Visit paypal.com to create an account and receive funds.

To request a payout, visit the affiliate dashboard in your account and select Pay Out. There, you'll see the current amount eligible for withdrawal. Enter the amount and the PayPal email address that you would like to receive the funds. Please note that payouts are processed in batches once per month, so it may take up to 30 days to receive your payment.

'Affiliates', also known as 'Influencers', or 'Referrers', who participate in our affiliate / Influencer program agree to the following terms:

1.1 Affiliates will be given a unique referral code, offering a 10% discount for their followers on purchases.

1.2 Affiliates earn a 10% commission on sales from thehoomanlife.com using their code.

1.3 Commission becomes available for withdrawal 60 days post-purchase.

1.4 No commission for returned, refunded, or fraudulent orders. Partial refunds will reduce commission accordingly.

1.5 Commission withdrawals can be requested monthly via the affiliate dashboard.

1.6 Commissions are payable through PayPal or if requested; as Store Credit.

1.7 Affiliates must not post their codes on coupon or affiliate link websites.

1.8 The referral code expires five months from activation. Affiliates may request re-activation by contacting support.

1.9 Any commissions not withdrawn within 6 months will become invalid and no longer available for withdrawal.

1.10 This program is open exclusively to individuals who have previously purchased a Hooman bed or have been specifically invited to participate."
