How do I track a shipment?

All orders are shipped using fully tracked delivery services. Please ensure you correctly enter your email address when placing and order, as we will use this to send your tracking details and regular updates about the progress of your order.


You can also track your order via our order tracking portal (available for orders that have been shipped)



Not received your tracking info?


It may take up to 36 hours for in stock orders to be dispatched, after which you will automatically receive an email containing your tracking number and shipping carrier details. Further updates regarding the shipment tracking status will be sent via email throughout its journey, right up to the moment it's delivered.


If you still don't receive any tracking details via email, please check your spam/junk email folders from any emails from us.
